Kicks off with the Provincial Capital Commission Pancake Breakfast 8:30am
Regina Public Library Zone opens at 11am
Opening Ceremonies at 12 noon on the Brandt main Stage.
Bands Start at 1:30 on Brandt Main Stage
Regina Plumbing and Heating Bar opens at 1pm.
Paradise Fireworks starts at approximately 10:30.
