Annual staff barbecue: check! 🥩😄

Steak lunch, lawn games, cold beverages, and, apparently, a blindfolded taste test that ended with maple syrup and purple crush running down Jared's shirt. We won't say who organized that part. (It was Lindsay.)

Every year we get the whole team together outside the shop, set up some tables and a tent, and just hang out. No agenda, no speeches, just good food, good weather, and a lot of laughs. This year might have been the loudest yet.

This is the team behind every install, every delivery, turf maintenances services and everyone behind the scene. Days like this remind us just how lucky we are to have them. 🌿🙌

August is peak grub season in Ontario, and by the time you see the damage on the surface, they've already been feeding underground for weeks. Grubs eat the roots of your grass, so the lawn literally loses its foundation. Patches appear, spread, and don't recover on their own.

Meet Keven!

Keven has been part of the Mountainview crew since 2018 and brings a range of experience that's genuinely hard to match. He's one of our main crew members in the custom work division and has worked on sports fields from Ottawa to Kingston.

Off the job, Keven runs his own farm with beef cattle, so the agricultural roots run deep. He also holds a Class A trucking licence and has years of experience behind the wheel for companies across the region.

What makes Keven stand out is his ability to get the job done with whatever the situation calls for.
