This T&S suspension kit came in for a full transformation and let me tell you, this is exactly the kind of job that separates the pros from everyone else. When you've got a kit full of different shaped parts. different profiles, different surfaces, different angles, getting an even candy coat across all of them is not easy.
That's not a job you hand to just anyone.
We sandblasted the whole kit clean and then handed it over to The Powder Coat Queen. Hannah went to work and did exactly what she always does, she made it look effortless while doing something incredibly difficult.

Not all wheels are created equal and these Denali's are proof of that. 🖤
These are a unique setup. They run chromed plastic inserts that bolt into place, which means the prep and coat work has to be precise. You're working around the details, not through them.
Hannah spotted a few imperfections, spot sanded them out until they were smooth, then laid down a clean gloss black finish that makes these wheels look like they came from the factory that way.
That attention to detail is what separates a good finish from a great one and it's exactly why we call her the Powder Coat Queen. 👑
Gloss black never goes out of style. 😄

to one of our favourite projects to ever roll through the shop. 🏍️💚
Thousands of dollars worth of billet aluminum for this Harley and the owner had been waiting a long time to finish his vision. He wanted a transparent green powder coat that would give it that deep anodized look. The kind of finish that makes people stop and ask "how did they do that?"

The answer? Very carefully. 😄

Transparent coats over billet are a whole different level. The prep has to be perfect. The application has to be flawless. One mistake and you're compromising thousands of dollars worth of parts. This was a stressful project for me because there was no room for mistakes.

This bike came out absolutely killer. 👑

This cage came to us from the crew at Concept Distributing, and their client had one simple demand: match the factory blue. Perfectly.
No pressure. 😅
The Powder Coat Queen Hannah got her hands on it, blew it off clean, and laid down a finish so sharp it looks like it rolled off the factory floor. Colour matched. Coat flawless. Client happy.
