Long time no Post! We been busy behind the scenes doing what we do!

RTD4s are in stock! and we have finalized our E42 24+ L5P offerings to go along side these. Our solutions require nothing to be left plugged into the truck, no canbus plugs no nothing. Just do what you need to do to the truck, load the file and hit the road.

CCS Will suspend all SHIPPING/PICKUPS/BENCH FLASHING FEB 13 to FEB 20th. Everything will continue like normal on Feb 20th. Anything physical that gets ordered during that time will get shipped out on the 20th.

Good morning everybody!

We are just posting to let all of our clients and shops know our upcoming Christmas hours. We will be closed from Dec 25 2023 and will re-open January 3rd 2024. So please plan you're bookings and tune orders accordingly!

All of us would like to thank everyone for all the business, support and cooperation from numerous shops we've gotten over the years.

Just a reminder to all trying to get ahold of us again....

Email is by far the best way to reach us, it gets prioritized first even over phone calls and phone messages. If you want to get in touch with us your best bet is to email. We are a very small team and when you email in with a specific question or concern we can quickly prioritize and reply to the emails in a efficient way that helps everyone get timely service.

Calling back to back to back is not a valid method to get in touch with us and if anything would put you at the back of the line behind emails and texts.

Hey everyone, Andrew here. I am wondering how the last run of decals are holding up, quality-wise. We used a different printing company for the last run of decals and I just want to make sure the quality is good before I re-order, or if we should switch it up. We are also thinking about doing a small run of CCS toques as well to help all of you keep warm this winter. Let us know if you would be interested! Any feedback on the decals is greatly appreciated! Just a reminder for guys looking to get ahold of us for absolutely anything, feel free to try calling but I can assure you that by far the quickest way to get a reply for us (should it be revisions, questions, comments) is to email us at [email protected].

We do our best on the phones but when it comes right down to it in order to provide our customers with the same turn around we have done dating back to when we were much smaller emails is the only way that can happen.

So again

Email us anytime and you will see a much faster return time to your questions/comments/concerns. We do our best to get back to all the phone calls as well, just takes more time than it does to reply to emails.

NEW TEXT NUMBER for Support/Inquiries! - 587-432-8811!

To help serve our customers better we have decided to add a Text line. We will be replying to to most phone calls via this text line (since 90% of our customers are calling from cell phones) this will help reduce reply times greatly.

We have found over the past half a year that many of you really do not like emails, which is fine. The ones who have taken the steps and have emailed us have seen very fast response times and can almost always get a immediate response from us.

We decided to give this text line a go as a alternative as well. Call backs will still be done mainly for customers who call from landlines or if we determine it would be beneficial for a call back based on the concerns etc.

This we hope will allow us to properly funnel our inquiries in the best way possible as it is no longer possible for Mitch to talk on the phone for what is 99% of the time a simple question or a simple issue that can easily be resolved with a quick text. This gives Mitch the free(ish) time needed to continually improve on the files we produce and help customers with more advanced issues that involve editing our files to ensure every truck runs at its absolute best.

Again the number is 587-432-8811, it will not be used for phone calls, ONLY texting to and from will be responded to.

Service intervals are just suggestions guys lol, when trucks derate and throw random messages on the dash its always the tunes fault.

When in doubt check the simple things first.
