Quick and clean. Service manager Neacail's 1989 Volvo 760 Turbo with S80 T6 engine swap and BMW ZF 5 speed gearbox. Likely the fastest Volvo we've built and will build. Hitting the streets this summer, should be fun.

Got the big ticket items test fit in the engine bay of the gold for mockup, got a good idea of where things are going and where other things are going to be. B230FT with forged bottom end, 16v head, custom dual plenum intake and stainless exhaust manifold by , Borg Warner EFR6758 turbo, will be running Emu Classic engine management.

Putting the finishing touches on a harness to run a Volvo 16v turbo redblock on Ecumaster Classic ecu. Set up for full sequential ignition and coil on plug ignition, knock sensor protection, flex fuel and closed loop boost control.
Gonna be a real ripper when she's done.

This needed a rear brake makeover, so we decided to upgrade them and solve a common issue at the same time. We sourced a set of larger vented brakes from a later model R. Ted at took the used calipers and brackets down to the metal, and then we powder coated them gloss black in-house to protect them and get them looking good. We also installed our own design stainless rear brake lines which route the hose away from the wheel to prevent rubbing which is common on the AWD P80 chassis cars.
