GT Craftsman Collision is pleased to announce that we have been selected as one of ICBC's Repair Network's top performers, earning us Tier 1 accreditation for 2021. Recently, ICBC restructured their collision repair accreditation program and how they rate auto body shops, so shops are now rated based on KPI’s, Quality Assurance assessments, ICBC performance reviews and audits and will reviewed annually.
By meeting all of ICBC's Repair Network criteria, ICBC recognizes GT Craftsman Collision as a high performing participant and was placed in Tier 1 (the highest tier). This translate s to ICBC working alongside Craftsman Collision to the benefit of our customers.
