Cape Lazo RV Park is a beautiful 6.5 acre property with 62 full service RV sites. The scenery of the Comox Peninsula and the Point Holmes area on the east coast of Vancouver Island is spectacular at any time of year with miles of shoreline to explore and great recreation opportunities for all ages. We offer a family friendly RV Park with clean hot showers, laundry, full service sites with free wifi. You can always expect quiet nights, as we are not the place for a late night party. Perfect for a weekend getaway, several weeks or even months.

As the summer season winds down and the park settles into the quieter days of fall, we want to say a big thank you to everyone who stayed with us this summer. Whether you were here for a weekend, a few weeks, or spent the whole season with us, we loved having you.

Summer may be coming to an end, but Cape Lazo RV Park is here year-round, and there’s something pretty special about the quieter seasons too. 🍂🌲

🌙 When the park goes quiet and everyone is tucked in for the night… the locals come out to play. 🦌

While our guests are fast asleep, it seems the deer like to take advantage of having the park to themselves — wandering through, checking things out and enjoying a little peace and quiet of their own.

🌿 A Little Hidden Gem Along Comox Road 🌿

If you’ve driven along Comox Road heading into Comox, you may have passed this little spot without even realizing it was there!

This beautiful little pit stop is along the Courtenay River Estuary — perfect for pulling over, stretching your legs and taking in the view. With the water, mountains and wide-open sky, it’s one of those simple Comox Valley spots that is especially beautiful in the evening. 🌅🏔️

Pack a coffee, bring your camera, or just stop for a few quiet minutes on your way into town.

Sometimes the best spots are the ones hiding right in plain sight. 💙

The kids are back in school, the summer rush has slowed down, and things around the Comox Valley are starting to feel a little more relaxed.

📚 Back to School! 🍎✏️

The backpacks are packed, lunches are made, and alarms are officially set again! 😅

As kids across the Comox Valley head back to school this week, we want to wish all the students, teachers, school staff — and parents! — a fantastic start to the new school year. 💛

And with the kids back in class, September brings a little quieter pace around the campground. Crisp mornings, warm afternoons, fewer crowds and plenty of time to enjoy everything the Comox Valley has to offer. 🍂🏕️
