Did You Know about this VW feature on our 2026 Tiguan?

You can remotely roll down or close your Volkswagen’s windows using the convenience opening and closing feature on your key fob.

• To roll windows down: Press the Unlock button once quickly, then press and hold it again for 3 to 5 seconds. All the windows (and sunroof, if equipped) will open to let out trapped heat. Release the button when they reach your desired position.
• To close windows: Press and hold the Lock button on your key fob until the windows and sunroof are completely shut. Alternatively, you can touch and hold your finger or palm against the sensor/dimple on the outside door handle to close them remotely.

If holding the buttons does not work, you may need to turn the feature on in your infotainment screen:
1. Go to Vehicle Settings (or the Car menu).
2. Select Exterior or Open & Close settings.
3. Locate Convenience Opening and toggle it to active for all windows

POV If our sales team worked in another decade… well, Sam presented a problem.

At 22, sending him back to the 70s, 80s or 90s felt a little unfair. So while everyone else got thrown into the past, we launched Sam 20 years into the future. Welcome to Brown’s Volkswagen, 2046.

No brochures. No keys. Apparently not even an actual car required. Just holographic Volkswagens, virtual test drives, VR headsets and Sam casually configuring your new ride out of thin air.

The rest of the team got car phones, pagers and desktop computers.

Sam got the future. 😂

We're beyond thrilled that Sam was able to help you find your dream car and get you behind the wheel of this stunning new ride. Thanks for choosing us and trusting our team to guide you through the car-buying process.
