At Elite Integrity Services, our people are our greatest strength, and today we're proud to recognize Michelle Gratrix for her incredible journey and recent achievement of earning her National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) designation.
Michelle joined Elite over two years ago looking to be part of a strong team. Since then, she has contributed across multiple areas of our business, always stepping up wherever support was needed. What quickly became clear was Michelle's passion for protecting, developing and empowering people. Through Health, Safety & Environment, she found the perfect opportunity to combine her skills, experience, and leadership strengths with her commitment to keeping our Elite Family safe while helping individuals reach their full potential.
Today, Michelle's impact extends far beyond safety programs and compliance. She is a problem solver, a mentor, and an encourager who genuinely cares about the success and well-being of others. Her compassion, positive attitude, and relentless drive to find solutions make her a trusted partner to our employees and clients alike.
Michelle's NCSO designation is a reflection of her dedication to continuous learning, professional excellence, and the people she serves every day. She is a true ambassador of the strong, united culture we continue to build at Elite.
Congratulations, Michelle. We are incredibly proud of this achievement and grateful for the positive impact you have on our team, our clients, and our Elite Family. We look forward to seeing what the future holds for you.
