BRC R600 progress. The last RH Case is in the machine being finished. We will start on the side B finishing operation in about 1 week. This is for 2006-current Yamaha R6 roadbikes. 140+hp and drop 100lbs!!!

6Hundy Sunday has to be early…. I couldn’t wait to share with everyone our progress this week. First RH Side A operation is done and perfect! If this is your first time following us, this is a 600cc V-twin 2T engine we are making for 2006-current Yamaha R6 motorcycles. More R600 engine progress. All Left Hand cases are done in their Side A operation. Programming aright Hand Side A operations now. Transmission door was loaded up with a transmission and shifts beautifully even though it has no left side support. Rough turning of the crankshafts are done. We now will put in the crank pin holes then send for heat treatment. Once hardened, we will hard turn them to a mirror finish!

BRC R600 progress update. This is an engine kit that turns a 2006-current Yamaha R6 into a V-twin 600cc 2 stroke!
3/5 of the center main cases are done and off the machine in the Side A operation. Machining couldn’t be going better. I hope you enjoy the video.

BRC R600 is taking shape! After so much time in concept and design, it’s amazing coming to work and seeing the rapid progress our machinist is making.
We are making a 600cc 2-stroke engine for 2006-current Yamaha R6 motorcycles. Your donor bike will supply the transmission, clutch, oil pump (transmission lubrication), water pump, and starter motor. We will supply everything else like: Engibe cases, cylinders, exhausts, crankshaft, pistons, bearings, seals, gaskets, orings, fasteners, CDi, and wiring harness, and much more!
This will allow you to take your 4T R6 and turn it into a 140+HP 2T 600cc motorcycle emulating the GP bikes from the early 2000’s.

Happy 6Hundy Sunday!!! The last 2 weeks has been amazing progress on the R600 engine. Here we are showing the cylinders in various machining stages along with the center case top half. This engine is for 2006-current Yamaha R6 motorcycles. Will turn the 4T inline 4 engine into a V-twin 600cc 2 stroke!
