FFF Trays & Canopies is growing, and we're looking for an experienced fitter to join our workshop. If you take pride in your work, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy building quality products, we'd love to hear from you!
You'll be responsible for fitting and assembling our premium trays and canopies, installing 12V accessories, and ensuring every vehicle leaves our workshop to the highest quality standard.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Fitting aluminium trays and canopies to a wide range of vehicles.
- Installing 12V accessories including batteries, lighting, charging systems, inverters, compressors and other electrical accessories.
- Assembling canopies and accessories ready for installation.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting fitment or electrical issues.
- Performing quality control checks before customer handover.
- Working closely with our fabrication team to ensure a premium finish on every build.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience fitting trays, canopies or similar automotive accessories.
- Autonomy and Initiative in your work role
- Experience with 12V electrical installations.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and pride in producing quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current driver's licence (manual preferred).
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Auto electrical experience.
- Experience with dual battery systems, DC-DC chargers, solar, inverters or lithium battery systems.
- Experience fitting fleet vehicles or trade setups.
