This beast came in with zero boost After diagnosing the fault, we discovered the BOV and intercooler plastic housings had melted, causing a massive boost leak. 💨

Definitely not a quick fix, this one required the entire front end to come off. After plenty of hours in the workshop, she’s back together, making boost again and ready to terrorise the streets. 😈🔥

When we said we were going all in, we meant it. Investing in the best equipment has always been part of our vision, and this is another major milestone for JME Performance.

The dyno room is coming together nicely, and we’re counting down the days until we start tuning. Whether it’s your weekend cruiser, street weapon, or full race build, we’re looking forward to helping you get the most out of it.

Just wrapped up this XH XR6 for the boys

Here’s what went into the build:

🔻 Top mount manifold
🔻 GTX35 turbo
🔻 45mm Turbosmart wastegate
🔻 Front mount intercooler
🔻 Custom 4” exhaust
🔻 Custom intercooler piping & screamer pipe
🔻 Custom intake
🔻 All fabrication completed in-house
🔻 Custom braided oil & water lines
🔻 Modified sump
🔻 Head studs & valve springs
🔻 1150cc injectors & fuel regulator
🔻 3-port boost solenoid
🔻 Battery relocation
🔻 Full service & maintenance completed

The engine was already built when it arrived, so now comes the fun part… seeing what sort of numbers this thing lays down before maxing out the fuel system 🔥📈 we’re sure will see the boys back soon to upgrade the fuel system and turn this beast right up 👀
