Datsun 1200 CA18T Rewire 🚀🏁

This Owner built 1200 is on its way after a custom terminated vehicle rewire and electronics package to control the CA18T powerplant.
All road functions were retained along with the added flexibility of the Emtron World motorsport features.
After completing Initial calibration and fire up the ute is ready for its final stages of assembly.

Round 1 - NSW Championship SMSP 🏁🏆🥇

We were back at smsp for round 1 with IPRA NSW - Improved Production Racing Association NSW

With a new control tyre this year, Bridgestone RE71rs. we spent all friday sessions driving and learning the changes needed to maximise.

Saturday- we rolled out for qualifying and it all came together. I managed a 1.41.4 on a used tyre. Good enough for U2l pole, PB and P2 Outright front row!

Race 1 P1 - the afternoon heat was higher than expected. the car running great, but i neglected the importance of hydration and learnt an vital lesson in keeping fluids up between races.

Race 2 P1 - Starting on the dirty side of the track my start wasnt ideal and it was on to hunt down Charlie in his quick integra. Great close racing with charlie. We did manage to get past for the win.

Race 3 P1- starting on the dirty side again i managed to nail the start and keapt the lead for all off the race.

Just want to mention how great the whole paddock vibe was all weekend with all ipra competitors helping each other between races. Ben Algie sorting me out with his electrolyte drink legendary thankyou!

Honda Civic Circuit Car rewire 🏎🏁

We recently completed a rewire for this well known IPRA NSW - Improved Production Racing Association NSW Under 2 litre Civic for Mc Clintock Motorsport.

An Emtron World KV8 was selected for engine management and a Blackbox P32 pdm takes care of all body control.
Once wired, all systems were programmed in house and vehicle handed over in running condition with engine management calibration supplied by DF.

Looking more closely into this build it has a K20 competition engine and has been wired with future upgrades built in.
We look forward to seeing this build on the grid once again!

✅️ Custom labelled motorsport engine loom with VVT/Lift control, all engine protections, wheelspeeds , flex fuel, gearcut/postion and DBW ready.
✅️ Aim Digital Dash
✅️ Blackbox P32 with dual canbus ,12 button keypad
✅️ OE functionality according to ipra rules. pdm controlled, dual speed wipers, elec windows, lights rainlight.

2024 Lexus LX600 dash camera install 📷 🏁

We recently had this lexus in for a dash camera installation.

A Uniden Dashview 60r 4k front and 2k rear camera was selected and wired in.

This enables 24/7 monitoring and seamless integration into the interior of the vehicle.
Connections are easy via the dash view app which are IPhone and Android compatible.

1964 Mini Cooper 🇬🇧 🏁

This custom build came to us with some electrical gremlins.

Firstly we upgraded the complete charging circuit.
A 150 amp lucas style unit was custom mounted to handle the demand of the electric AC and electronics. We also carried out some wiring repairs to restore all lost functions.

Here is one tough mazda we recently completed.
An Emtron World KV16 was chosen for engine management paired with a Blackbox p32 and p14 to take care of power distribution.
We took care of wiring and completing systems to handover a running vehicle ready for final fit off.

Calibration was performed inhouse before handover in conjunction with Evan Unigroup Engineering who will be tuning this feature packed build.

IPRA NSW - Improved Production Racing Association NSW - Round 4 🏁🏆🥈

With a handful of changes made to the car in our off season we were happy to be out again driving.

Although conditions were not ideal and we couldn't quite get a clean run in qualifying to confirm it. Our sector performance was very pleasing.

We had strong consistent starts and good pace in a mixed grid field but couldn't quite hold out Matt in the final race.

Special mentions:

V-Sport providing the tailored front brake package which was amazing. Transformed the car.
