🔧 OUT WITH THE OLD, IN WITH THE NEW

A bit of turbo work happening in the PMR workshop this week.

Old turbo out and a fresh replacement ready to go in. 👌

Turbo problems aren't something you want to leave too long - loss of power, smoke, unusual noises or increased oil use can all be signs something isn't right.

Sometimes it's worth getting onto the problem early before it turns into a much bigger repair.

Nothing quite like seeing old vs new side by side. 🔧

💡 LIGHTBAR INSTALL + WIRING TIDY UP

A nice little upgrade through the workshop.

New lightbar fitted along with a tidy-up of the existing wiring - cleaned up, secured properly and ready to go.

It's not just about how it looks when it's finished. A clean, tidy install behind the scenes is just as important. 👌

Heading into the weekend? 🌊🏕️

When your work truck is your business, downtime matters 🍕🔧

The crew from That Pizza Guy had a pretty rough start to the day when their truck decided it wasn't going any further and arrived at PMR on the back of a tow truck.

With a full week of bookings ahead, we knew getting them back on the road quickly was pretty important... we got stuck into it, found the issue, carried out the repairs and had the old girl back up and running within 24 hours. 👌

Always good being able to help another local business out, especially when their vehicle is such a big part of what they do.

Getting good kilometres out of your 4WD isn't just luck. Regular servicing, fixing things as they come up and keeping an eye on the little stuff makes a big difference over the life of a vehicle.

This Colorado was in with us for its routine service, along with a few repairs and a bit of a freshen up.

While going over it we sorted a leaking injector line, wheel bearing work, replaced the brake fluid and fitted a fresh set of Tough Dog Suspension foam cell shocks front and rear.

A service isn't just about changing the oil and filter. It's a chance to get underneath, have a proper look around and catch wear or problems before they become bigger and more expensive repairs.
