Crown Hybrid GWS204 in for a transmission service. 🔧

We only use Genuine Toyota OEM transmission filter, gasket and Toyota WS fluid to ensure the job is done properly.

During the service, we found something unexpected...

After removing the transmission oil pan, we discovered the internal bracket had broken off and dropped into the pan. This could have caused bigger issues if left unnoticed.

Customer purchased this vehicle around 2–3 months ago from another seller and recently noticed an unusual noise while driving, so the vehicle was brought to us for a thorough inspection.

Our findings:
🔧 Evidence of previous front-end accident repairs
🔧 Front lower control arm rear bushings cracked
Bushings are deteriorated and require replacement.
Likely contributing to suspension noise and uneven tyre wear.
🔧 Front strut dust boots damaged
