SWA Inspection Services is seeking expressions of interest from experienced QA/QC inspectors for multiple upcoming positions on a major Western Australian pipeline project.
Position 1 — Perth to FIFO
Start 1 December 2026 in a Perth client office, Monday–Friday, nine-hour days, before mobilising to site in early January 2027.
Position 2 — FIFO
Mobilise directly to site in mid-January 2027.
Position 3 - Casual/ADHOC
Perth and FIFO as required.
Proposed project arrangements
• Work expected through late May/early June 2027
• 12-hour site days, with flights via Port Hedland
• Proposed 3:1 roster; 2:1 may be considered
• Perth employee rates: $75–$90/hour + super
• FIFO employee rates: $100–$120/hour + super
• Rates depend on experience, qualifications and final engagement terms
We’re interested in people with strong pipeline construction and client-side QA/QC experience, including welding inspection, NDT coordination, coatings, hydrotesting and quality documentation.
CSWIP 3.1/3.2 or equivalent welding inspection qualifications are preferred. Coating inspection qualifications and current FMG inductions will be highly regarded.
NDT Experience and qualifications is preferred but not essentional.
