We are hiring in our Mill & Maintenance Team!
Gundamain is looking for a practical, motivated person to join our mill and maintenance team at Eugowra, Central West NSW.
Gundamain is a family-owned agricultural operation incorporating a cattle feedlot, cropping, backgrounding, prime lamb production, and an Angus breeding herd.
It’s an exciting time to join our team. Gundamain is currently expanding and investing significantly in new infrastructure across the business. Our feed mill has recently undergone major upgrades, incorporating modern equipment and improved technology to increase efficiency, and reliability.
This is a varied, hands-on role working across our feed mill, maintenance program, and broader operation.
The role includes:
• Operating and monitoring our modern feed mill equipment
Driving farm and feeding equipment
• Machinery and equipment maintenance
• Preventative maintenance and servicing
• Welding, fabrication, and repairs
• General farm and feedlot maintenance
• Assisting with new projects and infrastructure upgrades
• Working as part of a team
We are looking for someone who:
• Has a strong work ethic and takes pride in their work
• Is practical, reliable, and willing to learn
• Works well both independently and as part of a team
• Has a strong focus on safety
• Is comfortable working with machinery and equipment
• Can identify problems and help find practical solutions
Mechanical, welding, agricultural, grain handling or trade experience would be highly regarded, but isn't essential. A truck licence would also be advantageous. We are happy to provide on-the-job training to the right person with a good attitude and willingness to learn.

• Monday–Friday roster, with one weekend worked per month
• Above award wages, with remuneration dependent on experience
