Pascoe Mechanical Bayside is a locally owned mechanical workshop based in Ormiston, proudly servicing the Redlands.
We’re on the lookout for a friendly and organised Admin / Receptionist to join our small team.
✨ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴:
• Greeting and assisting customers (in person, phone & email)
• Preparing invoices & taking payments (MYOB knowledge a bonus, not essential)
• Sourcing and ordering spare parts
• Paying suppliers

🙌 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘀:
• A polite, friendly manner
• Strong organisational skills
• Problem-solving ability

📅 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀:
• Initially 2 days per week, with potential for more
• Knowledge of cars or the motor industry is an advantage but not essential
