Azimut Launches the New Flagship: Grande 44M
Azimut has launched the first Grande 44M, marking a defining moment in the brand’s superyacht evolution. Combining Hull Vane® foil technology with extensive carbon fibre construction, the Grande 44M introduces an unprecedented four-deck architecture — freeing the Upper Deck entirely for the owner’s private use.
Key innovations include:
- Structural lightening through carbon fibre, reducing weight by 8 tons in the vessel’s uppermost areas
Hull Vane® foil technology, reducing hydrodynamic drag and improving onboard comfort
- A Dual Mode hull optimising fuel efficiency across the full speed range
- Integrated solar panels supporting the hotel load
- A Mild Hybrid system enabling silent, emission-free operation at anchor
Together, these advancements deliver up to a 30% reduction in CO2 emissions compared to traditional naval architecture of the same size — positioning the Grande 44M as the flagship of Azimut’s Low Emission fleet.
Designed by Alberto Mancini, with interiors by m²atelier, the Grande 44M debuts with seven units already sold to owners ahead of her official presentation.
The Grande 44M will make its world debut at the 2026 Cannes Yachting Festival.
