This great customer brought in his 2019 breakout for some upgrades and a service.
Removed 18” ape handlebars and installed drag bars.

We installed;
8” Kodlin pullback riser
Kodlin gauge relocation mount
Magnum chrome black braided lines
Burleigh 2” black drag bars
Powder coated rear pulley and chain guard in black
Black fork covers
Also installed extended forward controls

finished off with a major service with Lucas full Synthetic oils.

Another Happy Customer

This great customer brought in his 2017 Vrod for some more upgrades.

This time we installed a 300 rear wheel kit.
300 tyre
300 rim
Swingarm
Pulley
Spacers
Fork cover.
Modify rear inner fender, and other parts.

Resprayed all parts in Gloss Black with a ghosted Red metal flake that pops in the sun.

Powder coated the wheels in gloss Black.
Paint brake caliper in Gold.

Another Happy Customer

This great customer brought in his 2017 Vrod for some repairs, a service and upgrades.

His ABS unit had failed and rendered his front brakes unusable, the front lever was rock hard and could not be squeezed at all.

We removed the ABS unit and had it sent out for a complete service & overhaul, then reinstalled the serviced unit.

Replaced the rear faulty ABS speed sensor.

Installed a Healtech quick shifter.

Finished off with a major service with Lucas full synthetic oils.

Yes, this time it’s our shop bike.
2024 CVO ST Road Glide Anniversary model.

For those of you who follow us, you will know that we installed a
SE Stage 4 135ci engine when we bought the bike, the first in Australia.

At the time because the Gen 2 bike was so new to the industry there was very little available from the aftermarket world, so we could not build this bike the way we wanted.

The aftermarket industry has now caught up, so we thought it was time to build the bike our way.

We installed;
Darkhorse custom balanced crank with Carrillo rods
Carrillo pistons and rings (balanced & blue printed)
Custom honed 135ci cylinder
Ported & flowed stage 4 head
Star Racing 650 valve springs
Star Racing 585 cam
Fueling 7.8 injectors
SE 68mm throttle body
S&S billet fuel rail
SE adjustable rocker arms
Fueling rocker arm shims
All new USA bearings
Rekluse Apex clutch kit, including basket
Hayden primary chain tensioner
EVO Ind compensator eliminator
Muller power clutch kit
Thundermax tuner with wide band O2 sensors
Healtech quick shifter
Fueling short travel Pro racing lifters
Fueling one piece racing pushrods
S&S oil pump & plate
APR cylinder stud bolts
APR head bolts
APR rocker arm bolts

When we checked the crank run out of the stock crank it was .05” and after installing the new Darkhorse crank the run out was 0.00”
The needle would not move on each rotation.

Time to run in the engine, so stay tuned and we will show a video of her running soon.

Another Happy Customer

This great customer brought in his 2025 CVO Road Glide for some upgrades.

We installed a set of adjustable KSTkustoms black handlebars with prewired cables.

Installed the TrueTrack stabiliser we removed from his previous bike.

Had to mill and modify the rear centre plate to fit the new Gen 2 bikes.

Then laser aligned the frame to the wheels and engine.
Very happy with the outcome.

We installed a Rinehart muffler and rear passenger pegs.
Also made a mesh oil cooler cover to protect the cooler.

Finished off with a major service with Full Synthetic Lucas oils.

We installed HD front Flatout engine tip over bars and rear Flatout saddlebag tip over bars.

Adjusted the Rekluse clutch.
Update the Thundermax tune.

This bike is very special with a Harley custom numbered paint job.
Number 58 of only 150 ever built in the world.

Credit to it’s owner, bike is in excellent condition and well maintained.

We provided a Major service with Lucas full Synthetic oils.

Also upgrade the head light to very bright LED’s and kept the factory look.
