S&S rocker box breathers
S&S roller rockers

Fueling rocker arm shims

Finished off with a major service with full synthetic oils.

Another Happy Customer

This great customer brought his bike 2020 Breakout in from Tasmania, his new home for some more upgrades.

This time we did a 128ci upgrade.
APE 128ci cylinders
APE pistons
CR483 cam & bearing
6.2 injectors
S&S oil pump and plate
S&S cam chain tensioner
Fueling rocker shafts
Fueling rocker shaft studs
Fueling rocker shaft shims
S&S piston oiling jets
APE high lift valve spring, seats, & seals
S&S rocker box breathers
Thundermax tuner with wide band O2 sensors
Lots of seals & O rings

We balanced the piston kit before installing to insure both cylinders are perfectly balanced.

Created a perfect map for the Thundermax to suit this upgrade.

Time to run the bike in for a few hundred km before all limits are removed.

Bike sounds very tuff and runs great.

Bike had some electrical problems.
Replaced the burnt out headlight plug and lamp.
New LED front indicators.
Badlands Load equaliser.
Riser bushes.
Avon Cobra Chrome rear tyre.
Rebuild carby.
Rocker box breather bolts.
RWC for bike to go on Club reg.
Repair rear wiring.
Replace front master cylinder cover.
Replaced rear broken belt pulley.

Finished of with a major service with Lucas full synthetic oils.

We installed a Thundermax Tuner with wide band O2 sensors, and activated Launch control, quick shift and timing advance via the knock control.
Trask Assult 2 into 1 exhaust system.
Redshift 528 cam specifically designed for the 117ci Gen 2 engine.
S&S pushrods and covers
S&S precision lifters
S&S tappet cuffs
Fueling cam chain tensioner pad
Black forward controls

WOW!! what a difference this has made to this bike.
Bike sounds awesome and runs amazing.

Another Happy Customer

This great customer brought in his 2025 Street Glide for some upgrades.

We installed a Thundermax tuner with wide band O2 sensors.
Activated the Launch control and quick shifter in the software.

Modified the exhaust system and welded in the 18mm O2 sensor bungs and de-cated the system.

Bike now sounds and runs great.

We started with a major service with Lucas full synthetic oils.

Serviced the front forks with new fork oil, fork seals & new YSS fork valves.

Two new Metzeler ME888 tyres.

New front LED indicators.

Replaced rear cushion drive.
Replaced rear right damaged spark plug lead.

Modified the exhaust head pipe to accept the wide band O2 sensors
De-Cat pipe and installed the S&S muffler
