Social Community Guidelines:
GMSV respects and encourages constructive conversations and opinions of our very passionate online community, we do have guidelines to keep in mind when interacting with others in our social space. Violations of our guidelines may result in removal of comments, limitations on the ability to comment and interact with our GMSV community and in extreme cases being block
ed from GMSV pages. If we feel something doesn’t sit right, we reserve the right to remove posts as we see fit.
1. Be Civil – We encourage discussions fueled by passion for our specialty products, and we love reading your thoughts and seeing how you interact with other GMSV enthusiasts, sharing stories and knowledge of our product line-up. We ask that while interacting on our pages that you remain civil and respect differences of opinion. Comments or content that are abusive, inappropriate, threatening, offensive, derogatory, hateful, or overall unjust, will be removed.
2. Keep It Relevant – We understand while discussing with other members of the GMSV community, passionate discussion about a topic you love are likely, and sometimes may go off the beaten track. Let’s leave the off-roading to our trucks and keep your discussions relevant to the topic.
3. No Spam/Advertising or Self Promotion – We do read all your comments and know that nobody likes to see the same messages over and over so please resist posting repeated comments. To ensure there is no confusion, we also don’t accept self-promotion or promotion of non-GM business offerings including but not limited to aftermarket items not brought to you by GMSV. Keep It Legal – Without a long spiel of legal jargon and do’s and don’ts, if it’s against the law or encourages breaking the law, it will be removed. We’re all for fun - if it’s legal.
5. Trademark and Copyright – Posting of copyrighted videos, pictures or articles is prohibited and may land you on our blocked list. We do encourage sharing your own content and we may ask from time to time to help get involved in user generated content. (Make sure you tag us in your pictures!)
6. Respecting Privacy – Lets make sure that privacy is always protected. GMSV respect your privacy, if we see an issue, we may ask you to privately message us with your contact details so that we can help you. We will never ask you to share that information publicly.
