"Pansino Radiators are amazing people. Family run business by dad son and daughter.
My Honda Integra had a front damage . Part of the front of the car bend and damaged condenser and radiator. For price of changing radiator and condenser (I had other quotes) , they straighten front end of the car!
Not only this. They fix big dent to the plastic bumper bar, mangled registration plate.
Also few days before pickup day I had phone call from them asking me if i want headlight replaced ,because it is badly broken.
And.. they found second hand and they mounted it.
I couldn't believe it!
This is not happening in real world.
Car was ready exactly on the promised day.
World will be a lot better place if we have more people like them!

"My 1996 Corolla's condenser and AC broke down, and I was worried it would be expensive to fix. I was recommended Pansino Radiators by another mechanic, who said they were the specialists for AC repair and would give me a fair price.

I was right to choose Pansino Radiators. They offered to inspect my AC system for a fee, which would be waived if I went ahead with the repair. This put my mind at ease, as I knew I wouldn't be hit with any unexpected costs. Their quote was also the most affordable of the few mechanics I called.

Pansino Radiators repaired my AC quickly and efficiently, even though they were busy with the lead-up to summer. My AC now works better than it ever has before! I also asked them to replace my broken tail light, which they did happily.

The customer service at Pansino Radiators was excellent. The staff were friendly and professional, and they explained the repair clearly and answered all of my questions.

"I was referred to Dominic Pansino by one of Melbourne's top car industry insiders. My Toyota LandCruiser needed a replacement radiator and I'd been quoted huge dollars for 'genuine' parts and the like.

After discussing my problem with Dominic, I was absolutely reassured that he is at the top of his game. He was quiet and genuine, confirming all of the issues after inspecting the car - problems that my mechanic had previously cited. (without me having to say anything)

I was very impressed by his knowledge and thoroughness.

On completion, the job came in at half the quoted price for a genuine 'Toyota' radiator. My car also received a full engine flush and cooling inspection as that's just part of their standard service.

The vehicle came back nice and clean, with a bulletproof radiator that you can tell is a magnificent quality item simply by looking at it. My personal mechanic was immensely impressed as well (being an off-roading enthusiast himself) and he is having his own vehicle done shortly by Pansinos.

You won't go wrong placing your vehicle in their care. "
