A little bit of work recently on Gavin’s AE86.

Redoing a boot key flush. Forming and replace the upper windscreen section and replacing the rad support. A bit of crash damage planished out of the drivers skirt which included repairing the damaged flanges that had been seam welded in a previous repair. Then a couples coats of epoxy to finish it off.

This was a Chinese Rad support kit, all in all it was a pretty good reproduction. The only annoyance was the castor bracket captive nuts are not the right thread pitch, but otherwise, no complaints. Going to use one in my car.

New rear end panels to go on this car at a later date also.

Been busy in the shop and not posting a whole lot of repair content, but there has been plenty happening. These are a few initial repairs from a project we wrapped up recently for Jason.

Repairs to the roof and substructure, and removal of old panels ready for new rear quarters, tail light panel, valance, boot floor and drop panels ⚡️⚡️
