Ok guys and gals, it has been no secret that I have been training up someone to take over from me, Greg Wentworth at All Class bodyworks is my man, and he has come along nicely so far and we are ready to throw the cat amoungst the pigeons. He will still be under my guidance for as long as I am able, because there is still plenty to learn, after all I had 50 years and was still learning... so if your keen to give him a try you can contact Greg through his All class bodyworks fbook page or message us and we will put you work through for him or in contact ..... now please be patient as he is still learning anything to damaged or jobs to big we might have to put a hold on for now, as Greg is still working his other business until it sell and he can concentrate on the trim repair full time, so for now it is part time, with plans for hopefully soon becoming full time, he would appreciate the opportunity to be another source for trim repair. I back Greg with my full support in this venture and im sure he will stand by what julie and I had built...
So guys if your interested get in contact, we cannot guarantee we can accommodate every job just yet while getting into full swing, but will try and work with the customers as best he can....
PS.... he will not be doing any welding at this stage, and alloy trim will be at a later date at this stage, once he masters stainless
Thanks people for taking the time to read and hopefully talk soon...

I don’t look sick… but my heart fights a battle every single day.
Congestive heart failure ❤️❤️doesn’t take breaks.
There are mornings I wake up already exhausted…😩
Nights I pray just to make it through…🙏🏽
Moments I feel like giving up…
But I don’t.🙏🏽
Because I’m still here.
Still breathing.
Still fighting.
This isn’t just my story… this is for anyone silently struggling.
We don’t get to quit.
We don’t get to be weak.
We learn to survive in ways most people will never understand.
So today, I’m asking for something simple…
❤️ If you’re a fighter, drop a heart
🙏 If you believe in strength, say “KEEP GOING”
🔁 Share this to remind someone they are not alone
Let’s show the world what real strength looks like.

This is to help family and friends understand one of the side effects effecting me now my heart is getting weaker, and the shortness of breath is getting worse as the heart muscles get weaker.... so if you see me dropping back or getting short of breath quicker you will know why...
But as long as I'm still breathing I'm still fighting this death wish and proving people wrong.... remember "you haven't lived life until you die"....

Ok guys and update for family and friends, after getting the echocardiograph done the other week and then the cardiologist cancelled my appointment on Monday again, Julie Von Bibra Higgins and I had an appointment with my doctor wed for the resaults of my regular blood tests to check on all levels every 3 mths, some good news there all levels are good, including sugars, but he would like to tighten the sugars up a little more 😀 👍.......
Now the game changer...
Julie and I were able to access the echo report, and printed off a copy to show him if he hadn't seen it.
So not what we were expecting, my heart efficiency or EF was 40% in hospital after they revived me and had done the first lot of stents, that dropped to 34% when the second round of stents 3 mths later, when we saw the cardiologist in Dec he said I was 34% and he was hoping i would stabilise...... not to be this echo showed my EF has dropped to 24% and some weakening on the bottom of the right chamber now😢. Thus explains the shortness off breath and fatigue getting worse.
My doc was extremely pi**ed as he had not received this report or any correspondence from the cardiologist at the hospital at all, and as he said how can he treat me properly without their input, so he has done up a request form and both him and I signed it, wanting all correspondence from the cardiologist department.
So as my condition has moved from chronic heart failure to severe now, no undue exercises, and limit what i do also, as my doctor said, make you last as long as possible,
We were hoping for stable or a slight decline, but this hit hard and shocked us both....life will always find a way to challenge you, how you rise above defines the person you are.... So if anyone knows any challenging fun things to do that could kill you .... let me know 😂.... in the words of uncle Ned "Such is life"....
Cheers people and keep smiling.... we will😀

One thing Julie Von Bibra Higgins have learnt since suffering the heart failure, you need a good doctor that is skilled to look after you, along with your cardiologist, we had lost faith in my previous doctor as he was quick to prescribe meds for everything without looking at other stuff, when I got out of hospital julie asked the Doc that owned the practise she worked at who he would recommend and he put us on to our current doc.

Igor started out as an anethianist, before becoming a trauma doctor in emergency, then a general gp, but studied up on all different fields, his calls so far have been spot on with the cardiologist and cardiology dept, and also all my other compliments from side effect the diagnosis and cure have been spot on.

Which leads us to this mornings appointment with an echocardiograph coming up this fri and a cardiologist appointment the week after, where if I am still stable they will think about fitting the defibulator, now I have been doing some research on them and have some questions to ask the cardiologist, is it really going to be a benefit to me or shorten the life of my heart if the damaged part is still the same, when we mention it to my doc this morning, now the best thing with him is he is brutally honest and doesn't bu****it anything, and in his opinion he thinks if it has to keep restarting my heart because of irregular rhythms it might shorten the life of my heart quicker, so we have some serious discussions coming up with the cardiologist if the decided to go down that path....

So my dilemma is do we keep ticking along or risk fitting it on the chance it stops or get irregular rhythm it can jump start me and maybe shorten the life of the heart in the process ...mmmmm
Which ever way we go it most probably be life changing and kill me eventually 🤔 just the time limit will vary but by how much, and nobody can work that out...

So now we are back and had time to reflect on the trip since leaving on the 8th Dec and getting back last Sunday, with the plan being to get me back to Albury to spend Xmas with my family, which I hadn't done in a long time(well another life anyway😂), so we headed off with plans to drive all the way down the coast of NSW to Melbourne, geat ocean Rd, to Port Campbell then to Adelaide (which we cut short) and headed to Horsham earlier than planned, to catch up with an Auntie for a couple extra days, Mitre to see friends, then Echuca, Albury for a week or 2, then head back via Bathurst, Windsor, hawksbury River, then back up the coast Rd we managed most of it apart from a couple of friends, clocking up just on 5 thousand klms in the process. Now when we headed off I had to deal with a lot of anguish and fear of not being near the hospital and my support team if anything went wrong, and the fear of what Julie Von Bibra Higgins would have to go through if anything did go wrong and we were not near a major hospital, so the first 2/3 day ended up being a bit more rushed than planned until we could settle into a routine and realised if it happened it happened, then we started to enjoy the trip more, we went from 26/28 degrees when we left, to feels like 8 degrees with the wind chill factor and gale force winds on the great Ocean Rd, to 4 hrs later 40 plus temps out near the SA border😂, i learnt on the trip my body doesn't like quick temp changes and the heat really knocks me around now, with the fluid restrictions and not being able to regulate my body temperature as well now,
So I got to sit my arse in some creeks and rivers, only up to waist deep as per doc orders 😅, julie and I watched some gold panning up close, wetting our appetite to do it on our travels, I got to catch up with the family, and some old school friends thanks to some organising to catch up with me👍much appreciated, julie and I drove around the areas where the fires are burning in Vic in our travels before they started to now see the destruction from them on the news😢 stay safe everyone down there.
So the trip was a success, the gypsiewagon run like the little old trooper it is and julie has mastered driving it and now thinks she is a truckie 😂😂we both did a lot of soul searching and dealing with emotions and feeling about what has been dealt to us, i am starting to believe i can maybe beat this for a good while now, next 3 mths will tell, and julie is not going to let me go yet, so the fight goes on and we are going to enjoy it as best we can, so stay tuned for any developments and the next adventure in the gypsiewagon 🍺👍
