Weird🤔
Highest power stock NP300 we have ever seen.

It came to us for tune, with an existing dpf Mod.

On the dyno it put down 161hp....... The most horsepower we have seen from a stock tune NP300
We couldn't see any data change in the ecu to show it had been remapped before. No additions to the wiring loom and no chips or modules to be seen and it has been known to try and do a dpf burn from time to time.

So we tuned it. Being such a high start power the percentage is lower but it did crack 204hp!

Just like that 50hp gain.

Completely stock manual NP300.
DPF reading 10 grams of soot (due for a regen)

Road tyres, stock intercooler and epic gains.

Another great booking Nav in for our pipe Combo for Max reliability and stop Boost leaks and a tune on the dyno.
Big heavy mud tyres, standard DPF and Intercooler.
Dpf was reading 20 grams of soot when it arrived so we ran a forced regen before even entering the workshop.

Working hard with he knobbly tyres the rig Definitely wants an intercooler Upgrade.

Goes Off road alright!!

This Nav came in for a tune on the dyno and our hot pipe

Definitely needed the intercooler flushed from the front it was literally completely blocked with mud and limiting the Intercoplers ability to flow the frontal air.

83hp and 242nm would barely pull the skin of old milk!!!
Not even a 5 speed short ratio gearbox can compensate for bu**er all pulling power.

But 171 and 529 is a very very different story!!

This NPS on big tyres goes like a completely different truck now.

Really really nice AAV built camper truck in for our side pipe exit exhaust, intercooler pipe upgrade and tune.

Very heavy set up, standard power Struggling to move the weight.
