Quick one for the 200 Series owners.
Open your airbox and check the clean side — after the filter. It should be spotless. Fine dust in there means dust is getting into your engine, and that's a problem that doesn't announce itself until it's expensive.
✅ Two-minute check, no tools beyond the airbox clips
✅ Worth doing regardless of how you drive it — dusting doesn't only happen off-road
✅ Found dust? Get it diagnosed before spending anything

Tag a mate with a 200 — a two-minute look in the airbox is a lot cheaper than what dust does to a 1VD.

This big truck is a 2019 F250 Super Duty — 6.7 Power Stroke — and it just woke up properly.

These are turning up in more Aussie driveways every year, and they've got real gain in them once you sit down and tune them right.

We put this one on the dyno, took our baseline, then built the calibration around how it actually drives — fuelling, timing and boost all working together.

Before and after, at the wheels:
✅ Power: 258kW → 307kW
✅ Torque: 1116Nm → 1372Nm

That's a serious lift on an already-big truck — more shove everywhere it counts, whether it's towing, loaded or running empty.

If you're running a 2015+ DPF LC200 and the tail pipes black and caked up, something isn't running right — and on the 4.5 V8 there's usually more to the story than a blocked filter.

This 300 Series came for the lot 🍔— the owner wanted it sorted properly, so we did the full package in-house:

✅ Formula 4x4 F4R suspension kit — the same setup from our recent reel, and it suits the 300 brilliantly (Fulcrum Suspensions)
✅ MANTA Performance stainless steel DPF-back exhaust
✅ Custom tune — 157awkW → 201awkW and 595Nm → 724Nm

That's an extra 44awkW and 129Nm on tap, with it coming on cleaner and earlier through the curve.

One car, the right gear, done once and done well.

The Next Gen Ranger V6 listen up! 📢
Running a bullbar? Then an intercooler upgrade is a must.

The bullbar and winch mount sit right in front of the factory intercooler — which is already on the small side — and choke the airflow it relies on. (Scroll to see photos)

We see it on the dyno: with a bar fitted, intake temps climb fast, and power drops right when the engine's working hardest.

So we sorted it properly:
✅ High Performance Diesel intercooler — bigger core and proper airflow, so a bar-equipped Ranger isn't choking itself
✅ High Performance Diesel transcooler — keeps transmission temps in check under load, so it's genuinely set up to tow
✅ GPD custom tune — calibrated to the new hardware, not a generic file

The result:
✅ 150rwkw → 175rwkw
✅ 515Nm → 630Nm

More grunt, cooler running, and a V6 Ranger that'll pull a load all day without cooking itself.

This 200 Series was booked in for a tune — but our standard pre-dyno health check flagged the injectors were on their way out.

❌No point tuning around a known issue, so the owner brought it back to get it sorted.

While it was here, it got a proper birthday:

✅ New injectors
✅ New water pump
✅ New starter motor
✅ Intake manifold clean
✅ Intercooler fans fitted
✅ Custom tune to finish

The result, straight off the rollers:
📈 +43% power
📈 +40% torque

And that's at the wheels, while it's dragging a set of big aggressive mud tires.
On the road, this thing now pulls like a completely different vehicle.

A healthy engine first, then the tune.
That's the order that lasts.

WINNER WINNER!! #️⃣2️⃣🏆

Geelong Performance Centre took out 2026 Small Regional Business of the Year at the Victorian Automotive Chamber of Commerce - VACC Automotive Industry Awards on Saturday night — our second time, and honestly we're still grinning about it.

We're more workshop than function room, so hearing our name called still feels a little surreal.
But here's the thing: we didn't win this on our own. It belongs to every customer who's trusted us, everyone who's sent a mate our way, and a team we're genuinely lucky to have — the ones who bring the skill, the craft and the pride to every single job.

And a proper hats-off to the other nominees, a few of them right here on our doorstep. Cracking company to be in.

This 79 Series rolled in converted to auto, with a turbo and injector upgrade — but the chip running it all, simply wasn't keeping up.

So we pulled the chip and did what we always do: started from scratch and built the tune properly around the turbo and injectors.

That chip ran map switching — a few modes to flick between, with the top one chasing big numbers at the expense of the engine.
We don't work that way.

One tune, dialled in to be stronger and safer everywhere — no switching, no compromise.

✅ More power than the old chip system
✅ Transmission tuned to suit the auto conversion
✅ Tuned to suit the upgraded turbo and injectors
✅ Everything kept comfortably within safe ranges for longevity

And the numbers back it: even measured against the chip's most aggressive mode, our single tune found a further 16awkw and 50Nm — while keeping this cruiser well inside safe margins.

That's the result of building it properly — a 79 that finally drives like the sum of its parts: strong, smooth, and pulling the way it always should have.

These are the jobs we thrive at. A bit different, a bit unexpected, and a properly sorted 79 Series heading back out the door.

A tuned 2.8L Hilux that already pulled hard — now it pulls harder.

This Hilux was already running our engine and transmission tune, making strong, reliable gains — but the owner wanted to take it further, so we fitted a GTurbo Diesel Performance G250 upgrade.

On top of an already-tuned setup:
✅ +27kW at the wheels
✅ +100Nm of torque
✅ Cleaner response right through the rev range
✅ More on tap for towing, touring and the hard stuff

The tune laid the groundwork. The G250 builds on it — and the result is a 2.8 that's a genuine pleasure to drive.

Formula 4x4 F4R lift kit going into a 300 Series — the same kit Paul's run in his own 300 since 2022.

Daily driven, towing a big caravan, airbags installed alongside it. We've put the kilometres in to get the whole setup dialled — to the point it doesn't need touching between daily driving and towing.
One setup, does both.

This customer bought their kit through us because we've actually lived with it and we know it works.

✅ Height-adjustable, 2–3 inch
✅ 5-year, unlimited-km warranty
