Hi everyone,

Just a quick reminder that Opening Day is tomorrow as we kick off PDYC’s 75th Sailing Season, proudly sponsored by local Tamar Valley business Exeter Mitre 10.

Proceedings start at 1.00 pm with the official opening in the clubhouse by our Patron, Peter Kearney OAM, followed by the sail past at 1.50 pm and racing getting underway at around 2.20 pm.

Please remember to bring a plate to share for afternoon tea and post-race.

The canteen will be open for cold drinks, tea and instant coffee, but there will be no lunch available.

Looking forward to seeing everyone there as we kick off another great season at PDYC!

A big thank you to for the Local Community Grant Program for helping us replace one of our rescue boat motors with a new one, helping us maintain a safe and reliable rescue fleet.

We’d also like to thank our Rear Commodore Peter and Committee Members Ken & Adrian for the time and effort they all put into preparing the grant application and making it all happen.

We really appreciate the support that helps keep our club and rescue fleet operating safely!

Can't wipe the smile off Commodore Peter's face!

Port Dalrymple Yacht Club's rescue boat has a newly installed motor, as part of a community grant program ⛵
