Time to meet another member of the BMC team! Today, let’s get to know Derrick, our Service Advisor 👋

🚗 Favourite car: Mercedes-Benz E500
🏎️ Dream car: Porsche 911 Turbo S

We reckon Derrick gets a few points for saying the boss is one of his favourite parts of the job! 😂 In all seriousness though, it’s great to have you on the team, Derrick!

Make sure you say hi to him next time you’re in the workshop (or on the golf course)! ⛳

We couldn’t let this one go by without giving our Service Manager, Adrian, a shoutout! 👏

Thanks, Jake, for taking the time to leave such great feedback! After 19 years as a mechanic, Adrian knows European cars inside and out, and he’s always happy to take the time to talk through any issues, explain what’s going on and answer any questions along the way.

Nice work, Adrian. Well done! 🙌

Before a long road trip, it's important to make sure your car is safe and ready.

Is your servicing up to date? If your car is due soon, book a service before you head off.

But, there are a few checks you can do yourself:

🔧 Check your tyres for excessive or uneven wear and make sure they’re properly inflated.
🔧 Check under the bonnet - engine oil, coolant and windscreen washer fluid.
🔧 Check your lights and indicators are working properly.
🔧 Listen to your brakes - if you’re hearing squeaking or anything unusual, get them professionally checked before leaving.

A little prep before you’re 𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘳𝘰𝘢𝘥 𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯 makes for a safer and more relaxed trip! 🚘
