💰 BUYER BIDDING TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Registration: $250 USD refundable cash deposit required to bid on all items (fully refundable if bids are unsuccessful). Note: Surcharges apply to USD bank transfers.
• Buyers Levy: Tenderers highest USD bid is subject to a 17.5% Buyer’s Premium + 15.5% VAT on the premium only (totalling 20% above highest bid), issued on non-fiscalized tax invoices.
• Condition: All lots offered and sold "as seen and found" without guarantee or warranty. Items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.
🚛 RESULTS, PAYMENTS & COLLECTIONS
• Results: Successful and unsuccessful buyers will be advised on Monday afternoon/evening, 17 August via a non-fiscalized tax invoice photo sent to the WhatsApp cell number on your Buyer card.
• Collection Window: Balance payments, deposit refunds, and collections are strictly Tuesday, 18 August (10:00 AM – 3:00 PM) or Wednesday, 19 August (10:00 AM – 1:00 PM ONLY) at the above venue.
• Logistics: Buyers load own purchases on own transport with own packaging and loaders.
• Note: Late payments and collections are subject to penalties.
