📢 JOB VACANCY: FARM WORKER
Location: Uhuru Farm, Mvuma Mavise.

Uhuru Farm is seeking a dedicated and experienced farm worker with proven skills in cattle rearing, sheep, and goat management.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Check and repair perimeter fences.

Conduct daily counting and health assessment of all livestock.

Clean animal pens regularly.

Implement dipping and dosing programs.

Carry out tagging and dehorning.

Administer needle injections when required.

Participate in breeding programs.

Service farm machinery as needed.

Support market garden horticulture activities.

Salary & Benefits:

USD 140 monthly (includes school fees support for children if applicable).

Groceries provided: soap, cooking oil, sugar, salt, and flour.

Accommodation with running water, solar power, and food for worker and immediate family.

Yearly Incentive Bonus: If livestock offspring survival rate reaches at least 80%

Requirements:
Literate and hard working, 29 years + with (family)optional.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on livestock farming experience.

Ability to operate and maintain basic farm machinery.

Knowledge of livestock health, breeding, and feeding programs.

Physically fit and willing to work full-time on-site.
