We are very excited. 28 July 2019 we celebrate our first birthday. As a way to celebrate we are running a promotion from the 1st of July to the 31st. For every 5 washes we normally give a free wash. This promotion we are running is for every 5 washes you choose between buffing or mini valet. We also do headlight restoration for free yes just for free. Evening our dear clients. Yesterday we had a bad review made by Zandile Hlela. We accept criticism and any complaints raised by you our clients we don't take them lightly. We strive for a good service and excellence all the times. It's unfortunate we reached out to this "client" and she has not responded yet to our inbox neither to the review she made. We would like to make it clear that the complaint she raised is not true
1. We never cleaned a van on the day in question. We have a log book for all our vehicles and receipts which clearly state the type of vehicle and registration number. For all the vehicles washed on the 28th of June 2019 the van in question is not part of the vehicles we washed.
2.At the moment we don't have a lady working by our reception only guys who are doing the receipting and washing of all vehicles. We are not sure which lady in question who gave an attitude to Zandile
3. We don't take 3 hours to clean all our vehicles the maximum we can go is from about 45 minutes to an hour. We normally advise our clients if we are facing any challenges which may result in any delays.

We are not yet sure if there is another Sparkle Car Wash being referred to in this review. As for our company we find this review to be very unfair and without proper facts. We have tried so hard to engage Zandile so that she can clarify with us and you our valued customers. We understand we have other competitors using the same company name Sparkle. We would like to assure that this is not US

We are accountable for our mistakes and always try to rectify with our clients before they leave our premises. We do try to do a perfect job as we believe in excellency and professionalism.

May you kindly assist us to report this unfair review as it's tarnishing our image and brand.
