Your satisfaction is our main aim. Car will be fully valeted by our professional AutoSparkle Zimbabwe Car Wash on site car wash services & a full thorough inspection will be completed beforehand.
Client will also be given a full opportunity to check & record any existing damages to the rental vehicle including fuel level & mileage.
Renter will have 6 hours to notify us of any other existing damages that might not have been picked up up inspection including damages to service parts like suspension, tyres and even interior & exterior.
Images will also be taken to protect both the business & client for verification & confirmation will be signed by both parties.

Im excited to be making this announcement to our valued clients all over the world.
RentAcar Zimbabwe 🇿🇼 will be fully operational once again from 01 August 2022.

After our announcement in March 2022 to temporarily suspend operations whilst we improve the quality of service, I can confidently confirm that Our Car rental/hire service has significantly improved after our experienced team has been tirelessly working on what you have feedback to us over the years.
Some of the improvements we have made for the long term plans of the business & its sustainability are as follows:

• BETTER DAILY RATES including 7day, 14day, 21day & 28 day Consecutive Rental packages
• IMPROVEMENT ON TERMS & Conditions of Business including transparency to protect both the business & client.
• More vehicle options to choose which suit budget & client specific needs
• MORE STAFF MEMBERS TO FACILITATE BOOKINGS AS WELL AS ANY FAQs efficiently.
• DATABASE System to allow returning Client Portal & Management

In the meantime, we are able to offer some limited options to hire until we are operating at full capacity from 01 AUGUST 2022…
