🚨🇯🇵 LET'S TALK ABOUT REBATE VEHICLES! 🚘🇿🇼

At Eddy Customs, we don't believe every customer should import from the same country!

Some customers need their vehicles urgently.

Others are processing vehicle rebate documents and have more time to plan their purchases.

HERE IS OUR ADVICE!

🇯🇵 JAPAN CAN BE A GOOD OPTION FOR CLIENTS PROCESSING REBATE PAPERWORK!

WHY?

✅ Japan often offers a wider variety of vehicle models.
✅ You can compare different specifications and prices.
✅ You may use the shipping period to continue preparing the required documentation.
✅ Our planning estimate for Japan delivery is approximately 60–70 days, depending on shipping and customs processes.

🇿🇦 MUCCINA & SOUTH AFRICA

If you need your vehicle urgently and your documentation is ready, you may prefer a qualifying vehicle from South Africa!

⏱️ Estimated delivery: 10–14 days from purchase.

IMPORTANT!

Rebate eligibility, approval and customs requirements must be confirmed with the relevant Zimbabwean authorities.

Purchasing a vehicle does not automatically guarantee rebate approval.

At Eddy Customs, we assist our customers with the importing and documentation process.

🚨🔧 LET'S TALK ABOUT SOMETHING IMPORTANT — SPARE TYRES, JACKS & WHEEL SPANNERS! 🇿🇦🇿🇼

Some customers in Harare and other parts of Zimbabwe have complained that vehicles purchased from Muccina arrived without certain accessories!

😟 NO SPARE TYRE!
😟 NO JACK!
😟 NO WHEEL SPANNER!

At EDDY CUSTOMS, we understand these concerns!

BUT HERE IS OUR ADVICE:

Before buying a vehicle, make sure your agent confirms exactly which accessories are included!

OUR VEHICLE ACCESSORY CHECKLIST:

🛞 Spare tyre or manufacturer-supplied tyre repair kit
🔧 Vehicle jack, where supplied
🔧 Wheel spanner
🔑 Wheel-lock key, where applicable
🔑 Vehicle keys
📘 Available vehicle manuals
✅ Other accessories agreed with the seller

We encourage our customers to have these items checked and recorded before purchase!

Where possible, we arrange pictures and videos confirming the accessories supplied with the vehicle.

We also check the agreed items during vehicle handover.

If an accessory is missing, it should be raised with the seller and resolved according to the purchase agreement.

DON'T JUST ASK HOW MUCH THE CAR COSTS!

ASK WHAT COMES WITH THE CAR! ✅

At Eddy Customs, we want our customers to enjoy their importing journey with confidence.

🚨🔧 LET'S TALK ABOUT SPARE TYRES, JACKS & WHEEL SPANNERS! 🇿🇦🇿🇼

Some customers importing vehicles from Muccina and South Africa have raised concerns about missing accessories when their vehicles arrive in Zimbabwe.

At Eddy Customs, we take these concerns seriously! ✅

Before purchasing your vehicle, we encourage you to verify:

✅ Spare tyre
✅ Wheel spanner
✅ Vehicle jack
✅ Wheel-lock key, where applicable
✅ Vehicle keys
✅ Available manuals and other agreed accessories

OUR APPROACH IS SIMPLE!

We check and document the accessories supplied with your vehicle before purchase.

We arrange for the agreed accessories to be recorded and checked again at handover.

If something is missing, we raise it with the supplier and work to resolve it according to the purchase agreement.

We want our clients to enjoy the importing process, not experience unnecessary surprises!
