Kudzai holds an Honours Degree in Human Resources Management from Midlands State University. She joined Clover Leaf Motors in 2016 as an HR Intern, where she quickly distinguished herself through her dedication, professionalism, and strong work ethic.
In recognition of her consistent performance and commitment, she was promoted to HR Assistant in 2024 and subsequently appointed Human Resources and Administration Officer in 2026. Her latest appointment reflects the confidence the organisation has in her capabilities and leadership potential.
We congratulate Kudzai Gijima Tsimba on this well-deserved achievement and wish her continued success as she takes on this new responsibility.

We are pleased to congratulate Tawanda Tauro on his appointment as Branch Manager – Nissan Clover Leaf Motors, Bulawayo.

Tawanda holds a Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) Degree in Marketing Management from Midlands State University. He brings with him a wealth of experience gained across reputable organisations, including the Grain Marketing Board, Redstar Wholesalers, Dalkeith Engineering (Pvt) Ltd, and Alliance Media South Africa, where he served as Country Specialist for Lesotho and Swaziland.
He joined Nissan Clover Leaf Motors in 2012 as a Vehicle Sales Consultant, quickly distinguishing himself through exceptional performance and dedication. In January 2021, he was promoted to Sales Manager, a role in which he consistently demonstrated strong leadership and commercial acumen. His promotion in 2026 to Branch Manager – Bulawayo is a testament to his hard work, professionalism, and commitment to the organisation.
We congratulate Tawanda Tauro on this well-deserved achievement and wish him every success in his new role.
