How it works

Every Customer needs to download our App called Riaparts on the app store or visit our website which is www.riaparts.com, within 3 steps an account is created, the he/she adds his car or cars to the platform, then creates a request by stating in writing what part he is looking for, then adds a few pictures to show the part as well as the part number if available and clicks create and its becomes a Request. Every Partner needs to fill in a KYC form, then download an App called Riapartner or visit our website which is www.partner.riaparts.com, then create an account in 4 steps. Then check the requests as they come in by responding with a price if the part requested for is available and in so doing a Quotation is automatically created and the Customer receives it. Furthermore, when a Customer receives one or several Quotations, he/she chooses one that is convenient and affordable, pays for it via Mobile Money making it an order for the Partner. The Customer has a choice of having it delivered at a fee or picking it up at the store for free. The Partner receives his money immediately the part is picked up for delivery or by the Customer.
