I had some free time on Thursday morning, and I decided it would be best to head to Tarlton to watch and shoot some of the 4th round of the MSA Regionals.
It's been a minute since I pointed my camera at drag races - and it was epic. It's mad how fast the cars are becoming, street cars hitting 9s, some dipping into the 8s. Also - 6-second passes, WTF! That's mind-blowing!
I was only able to shoot until 12, so there are plenty of awesome cars missing from this album. I really only got in some practice and a round of qualifying before I had to leave. The best times and races happened after my time there.
It was great to catch up with loads of people I haven't seen in years. Great event, typically well-run Tarlton things.
