From Cleaner to Service Advisor – Gloria’s Journey of Growth

Gloria’s journey with Morgan Motor Group is a story of determination, growth, opportunity, and the empowerment of women in the workplace.
Gloria started her career with Morgan Motor Group as a Cleaner. She approached her responsibilities with dedication and a willingness to work hard. But her journey did not stop there. Her potential, commitment, and desire to grow opened the door to a new opportunity when she progressed into the position of Receptionist.
This was an important step forward. Gloria embraced the opportunity to learn new skills, work more closely with customers, understand dealership operations, and develop herself professionally.
Today, Gloria has taken another exciting step in her career and is now a Service Advisor Trainee.
From keeping our workplace looking its best, to welcoming customers at reception, and now learning to guide customers through their vehicle service journey, Gloria's story demonstrates what can happen when opportunity meets determination.
