Designed and 3d printed a replacement part for my (spare) Bmw e36 328i headlight switch. Did two different types, one on fdm printer in petg, one on resin printer in clear engineering resin. Replaces the disintegrated old plastic, that causes the detent position loss. Works like brand new again. Both types turned out great, fits like a glove. Will also do one in high temp Pro CPE HT soon. If you would like one, hit me up. South Africa only.

Cordless hair dryer 😉 High power, comparable to any normal corded hair dryer. Measured temp around 70 to 80 degrees. I 3d printed an adapter to fit the battery and attached it by solvent welding the pieces together. That 2 amp battery lasts around 15 min. Why i made this instead of just buying one of those usb rechargeable ones, is cos those are pretty lame with heating. Printed in petg. No conversion, wired straight to 18v. My stick it to eskom and loadshedding.

Measured, designed, drew, and 3d printed a spindle nose protector in PLA for my lathe. I am amazed at how awesome the threads and knurling turned out. Plus after calibrating my printer, it fitted like a glove. Dead precise and within 0.04mm. I only managed to get a few pics while on the first couple layers and then went to sleep while it printed overnight.
