Dear TotalEnergies Thabazimbi Customers. The last week has really been challenging to provide our customers with the best service possible. From supply pricing ups and downs, to running out of supply and waiting like many other filling stations around the country for a next delivery.
As the owner of the business you feel multiple emotions in a day as you try and source product to serve the people that has been loyal to us over many years.
Be assured that we will not stop trying. I know there are many opinions on why we don't have product... accusations of greed, mismanagement, and more.
We choose not to focus on the opinions, but rather on how we can get product to serve our customers.
A huge shout-out to our TotalEnergies Thabazimbi Team on the forecourt, in the shop and our managers in the office. You've not only been flexible, understanding and willing to communicate our current status with every customer who visit us, but you keep showing up to support the business. Thank you!!
Our supplier communicated that we may get some product tonight. I don't how late yet, which product or how much, but we are grateful that something is at least planned for our destination.
We pray for every retailer, wholesaler and supplier to stay focused during these times, and most importantly, we pray for peace in the World. Sincerely...
