We have exciting news to share with you guys! We are officially accredited by RMI which means that you can have peace of mind knowing that our repairer is a member of an organization that prioritizes high business standards and ethical service delivery to consumers.
There are many changes that are going to start happening within the business and that has been happening, as our day one customers probably slowly started noticing by now.
We are and have been in the process of learning from all the challenges that were faced these past few years and we are only growing into becoming better from all wisdom gained through the experiences.
As our loyal customers has been noticing, there are and has been major changes happening in the way we handle our procedures. Before, Wyatt has been handling every department on his own, however he has developed a team to support him in all the areas of the business.
Therefore, please note that we will be sharing our renewed procedures with ALL, once we have completed all procedures documents and it has been reviewed by necessary parties.
The intention of sharing certain procedures with you guys, is so that we can ensure that our family (customers) has a peace of mind and understanding of our operations. We pride ourselves in honesty and integrity towards our family.
Once everything gets released, I trust it will help guide our loyal customers in future interactions, and will be insightful for our new family members! 😊.
