At Nexus Yachts, we believe that our greatest strength is our people.
Last week, we had the privilege of celebrating the dedication, hard work, and personal growth of many of our team members during a special awards ceremony.
A heartfelt congratulations to our A Team, who were recognised for their outstanding commitment and performance. Your passion for excellence continues to set the standard.
We also celebrated the team members who successfully completed the Leadership Development Programme, presented in partnership with Engeli Enterprise Development. A sincere thank you to Dr. Ricardo Dames, Betsy Ings and Yibanathi Maqina for their encouragement, guidance, and commitment to investing in the growth of our people.
Congratulations to those who completed the Skippers Course, adding valuable skills that strengthen both themselves and our team.
One of the highlights of the day was listening to the heartfelt testimonials shared by some of our leadership members.Their stories were a powerful reminder that investing in people changes lives, builds confidence, and creates opportunities for the future.
