This is a new way to fit a rear main seal. It has to face backwards to prevent clutch dust not to go into engine block but to keep the dry clutch wet with engine oil.

Customer was experiencing harsh gear change. Checked with Customer about vehicle service history, gearbox service was never done since he bought it.
Carried out gearbox oil and filter change. Gear changes are now smooth.

Been a while since I've kept you updated.
Here we had Ford Kuga 1.6 ecoboost. Carried out 160 000km service, brake fluid service, replaced front brake pads, replaced front wheel bearings, coolant and fuel pipe leak repairs.

Evening all.

Here we had Jetta 5 TDI, once diagnosed for battery drainage.
We replaced ignition switch and sort out ignition barrel, replaced all faulty glow plugs, and replaced the leaking tappet cover gasket.

Evening all.

Here we attended a call out on a Kuga 2.5 with engine light and no power.
We found engine timing was not properly and pistons are hitting against the valves causing it to misfire.
Repairs to be carried out soon.

Good evening.

Here we had Toyota Tazz with oil leak when starting the engine.
We found oil is leaking from camshaft seal and tappet cover gasket. Cambelt got affected by the oil leaks.
We replaced camshaft seal, tappet cover gasket, cambelt kit, and v-belt.

Good evening.
Been a long time we updated our page. The workshop is been busy and getting our workshop updated.

Here we had our Ford Focus with a complain of rattling noise coming from the engine.
We checked the vehicle and found engine compartments parts not fitted properly. Wiring was loose and not wired properly, bolt missing on engine components. We secured the components and re-wired the engine wiring.

Vehicle skipped 100 000km service. We carried out 120 000km svc and cambelt replacement. We found that water pump is also leaking, we replaced water pump.
