We are very proud to announce to you, our valued client, that following the Merchant West acquisition, Abela will be rebranded as Merchant West Fleet.
We are integrating rapidly with Merchant West through the strategic alignment of focus and synergies. The decision to rebrand Abela sooner rather than later came instinctively as the rationale is lucid; we are building a business with a comprehensive vertically integrated value chain that can meet a diverse range of a client's financial needs.
We will now form part of the Merchant West Group with a joint purpose to improve the fortunes of our clients and we will aspire to be the leading specialist financial services company in our chosen markets by providing tailor made financial services to our clients.
