WE'RE HIRING: Parts Manager

📍 Rustenburg VW, Audi and Geely

We're looking for a dynamic, quick-thinking, confident and customer-orientated individual to join our team, with experience in Evolve systems and a strong understanding of parts systems. VW and Audi experience will be preferential.

Minimum Requirements:

- Maintain sales targets and growth
- Manage financial metrics like revenue and profit margin
- Manage inventory turnover
- Minimize maintenance downtime due to parts unavailability
- Assess ageing parts
- Complete stock counts
- Maintain customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with Group and OEM standards
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar position
