Customers are reportedly being asked to pay R1 000 to “activate” a vehicle deal. Please do not make this payment or provide any additional personal or banking information to the sender.

If you receive this letter or similar communication:

• Do not make any payment
• Do not share personal or banking information
• Verify the communication directly with your AGG dealership using its official contact details
• Block and report the sender
• Keep screenshots or copies of the communication should they be required for investigation

The document pictured has had customer information redacted for privacy.
