We tackled the rain tray and the pillars where everything meets — cut out all the rust and rebuilt it from scratch. Fabricated a brand new cowl top panel, welded it all up, and honestly… didn’t expect it to come out this clean.
Just shows — proper prep makes all the difference. 🔥

"4 years, countless setbacks, and endless lessons later, we're proud to showcase our personal Polo build!This beast has undergone a transformative SR20 motor swap, paired with SR16VE pistons, a port and flow head, and 272 cams. The gearbox setup features a Honda K-series K24 box with custom shafts, while the exhaust system boasts a 63mm stainless steel setup with a custom-made back box.Due to the high compression we can only rev 5,5k, we have to convert to ethanol - but we see this as an opportunity for further optimization!This project is a true labor of love, and we're thrilled to share it with you.
