To all the SMOKE POLICE, please be advised the exhaust is brand new, heat wrapped, nothing wrong with the engine, engine is warm, itโ€™s not the head gasket, itโ€™s not the turbo, itโ€™s not valve stem seals.

Weโ€™ve addressed this before, stainless tube is coated in an oil lubricant for protection before use, once weโ€™ve fabricated the exhaust system and the tubing heats up on the car these lubricants start to burn, like when oil burns, it smokes when heated up. Just FYI so you know why after a brand new exhaust is fitted you will see smoke.

Additional to that, we at SSR do not test drive customers cars at all, as for us thereโ€™s no need to, we take our videos as soon as it comes off our lift, and is warm enough for a few revs, hence why the smoke, usually after the first drive the smoke will subside as the exhaust heats up enough to burn away any excess oils an the exhaust ๐Ÿ’ฏ
