Shifting Gears Auto is looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Automotive Technician to join our growing team.

Minimum Requirements:

6+ years hands-on experience working with BMW or other German vehicle brands

BMW experience will be highly advantageous

Relevant technical qualifications / certifications

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Good communication and people skills

Experience dealing with warranty companies and claims

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

High attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday

Occasional Saturday work may be required depending on workload

Additional Benefit:
We are open to allowing the successful candidate to perform private side work (own clients) within our workshop. Terms and structure of this arrangement will be discussed separately.
