Built not bought. 💪🔥

This V8 Land Cruiser Single Cab came in stock… and left an absolute weapon.

Suspension upgraded to Tough Dog for serious off-road performance.

Fully kitted with Onca gear – Wrap Around Front Bullbar, Roof Rack & Rock Sliders.

At the rear, we fitted a Gobi-X Premium Bumper with left & right swing arms and a Gobi-X storage unit – built for real adventure.

De Graaf exhaust with mapping by ATM Pretoria East.

Big stopping power thanks to Powerbrake big brakes.

Lighting the way with Hella Antares 9” Spotlights & Aussie headlights.

Inside, we kept it premium:
GR Steering Wheel, Full Kicker sound system with One Nav radio & an Indel TB15 fridge.

Finished off on ROH Matt Black Hammer rims wrapped in BF Goodrich tyres.

🔥 TOYOTA LEGEND 55 – FULL BUILD BREAKDOWN 🔥

We took this Toyota Legend 55 from stock standard and transformed it into a fully-equipped, adventure-ready 4x4, built with performance, durability, safety and style in mind. Every component was carefully selected and professionally fitted by LA Sport Pretoria East.


🛠️ SUSPENSION & HANDLING
The vehicle was upgraded with DCS Suspension, paired with Tough Dog leaf springs and upper control arms, delivering improved ride comfort, increased load-carrying capability and superior off-road articulation — whether tackling tough trails or long-distance touring.


🛞 WHEELS & TYRES
We fitted Maxxis Razor tyres mounted on Aline Outback rims, providing excellent traction, durability and aggressive styling, perfectly suited for both on-road stability and off-road performance.


🛡️ FRONT-END PROTECTION & RECOVERY
An Onca front replacement bull bar was installed, complete with skid plates for underbody protection and a Runva 13 000lbs Winch to ensure reliable recovery capability when the terrain gets challenging.


💡 LIGHTING
For maximum visibility day and night, the Legend 55 features:
• STEDI EVO spotlights with custom blue STEDI rings
• A STEDI 41-inch light bar mounted to the roof rack
• Lumeno work lights for camp and worksite illumination
This setup ensures exceptional forward lighting and all-round visibility in any environment.


🧳 ROOF & STORAGE
A Predator roof rack was fitted to increase carrying capacity and versatility, making this build ideal for overlanding, work or weekend getaways.


🛠️ REAR PROTECTION & OFF-ROAD ARMOUR
The rear was upgraded with a Gobi-X rear bumper, along with rock sliders, providing increased protection, improved departure angles and added confidence on technical terrain.


🪑 INTERIOR UPGRADES
Inside, we installed Beesdam leather seat covers and a dash cover for added comfort, protection and a premium finish.
A new Full Carbon Prado steering wheel was fitted to enhance driving feel and overall cabin aesthetics.


🛑 BRAKING PERFORMANCE
To match the vehicle’s increased capability, a Powerbrake Big Brake Kit was installed, offering improved stopping power, better heat management and increased safety both on- and off-road.


🌬️ ENGINE PROTECTION
An All In 4x4 snorkel was fitted to improve air intake, protect the engine from dust and water, and enhance reliability during off-road and water-crossing conditions.


🔐 SECURITY
For added peace of mind, a SecuriLid was installed by Toyota, providing secure load-bin storage while maintaining a clean, factory-style look.


🔊 AUDIO
The vehicle was upgraded with a full Kicker sound system, delivering powerful, high-quality audio to match the Legend 55’s bold presence.


🎨 CUSTOM DETAILS
Finishing touches include custom TREX decals and blue wrapter-coated detailing on selected components, adding a subtle but distinctive visual signature that ties the entire build together.
