Westvaal Motor Holdings is a dynamic motor dealership group with 27 Dealerships in 6 Provinces, hosting 14 vehicle brands, has this vacancy in our Menlyn Office based in Gauteng Province. Duties / Responsibilities
* Create and implement customer enthusiasm and owner loyalty strategies ensuring excellent customer service levels and therefore a high Customer Satisfaction Index.
* Create and implement strategies to cultivate sales of extended warranties and aftermarket products
* Offer financial alternatives consistent with the market, customer needs and wants.
* Complete paperwork to ensure compliance with government regulations
* Create relationships with internal departments and external resources
Requirements
* Grade 12 with Maths & Economics, FAIS 1, 2 and FAIS 3 or credits of 120 in a financial management course or degree as well as an NCR accreditation.
* Certificate of compliance in terms of RE exam is compulsory
* A minimum of 3 years relevant financial experience.
* Self-driven abilities coupled with Leadership, Integrity, Analysis and Problem-Solving abilities will ensure further suitability.
* Application of Financial & Product Policies & Procedures, Business System, Marketing, Computer Knowledge, Financial analysis, and Customer handling Knowledge
